EPoXStore offers a 30 days replacement or refund on all purchases except: 7-days replacement on all OEM CPU products from the purchase date. No refund for all memory products (exchange only). Due to manufacturer's policies, EPoXStore cannot accept refunds or returns on All Retail Box Processors and all Software. Defective merchandise can returned to the manufacturer directly. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All Claims for shortage, manufacturers' defects, shipment error, incompatibility, or incorrectly ordered merchandise must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the invoice date. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise in the original box and notify the carrier immediately to arrange for inspection of the damaged package. Please fill out the RMA Form to request an RMA number. EPoXStore will not accept returns without an RMA number which is valid for 15 days only. All return products must be received by EPoXStore within the period stated, otherwise, the RMA number will be cancelled. Please display the RMA number outside the return package and a copy of the invoice must be accompanied all returns. All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for refunds, excluding shipping & handling. Refunds must be returned within 7 days of invoice date to avoid 15% restocking fee. Any return for credit will subject to 15% restocking fee after the 7th day after invoice date. Shipping and Labor Charges are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges or replacements after 30 days. All sales are final. We reserve the option to accept or reject non-defective returns. Merchandise must be packed securely and be returned to EPoXStore undamaged, and must include original package, manuals, warranty cards, documentation, and all other accessories. A 25% restocking fee will apply if merchandise is not in the original condition. You will be solely responsible for paying all return freight costs and insurance either defective or non-defective merchandise. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as EPoXStore is not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. We do not accept any shipment without a valid RMA number. Merchandise is subject to test before replacement will be issued. EPoXStore sends defective merchandise to the manufacturer, which takes about 15 to 30 days in most cases to process. As soon as we receive the repaired product, we will ship it out immediately. We reserve the right to return to you any non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that does not match the invoice. You will be responsible for all related charges such as shipping, insurance, testing and handling fee on this matter. We reserve the option to require that defective merchandise returns be accompanied by a test report from an independent laboratory in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement on merchandise. We reserve the right to issue credits or refunds in exchange for returned merchandise, or to replace merchandise with new or repaired, used, or reconditioned parts. All credits will be issued within 15 business days once we confirm that this is the only solution to solve your return. Product Warranty Information All products are covered by a 30-day warranty. Warranty applies to original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. All software warranties regarding compatibility with other hardware or software products, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or the ability of a product to meet the customers' needs, are granted solely by the publisher or manufacturer of the products. No warranty by EPoXStore shall apply to any merchandise, which have been modified or damaged by customer. Merchandise that is defective due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation is not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to customer's equipment or data resulting from an improper installation. All warranties begin from the date of invoice. No employee, agent or dealer of EPoXStore is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. We are not responsible for any typing mistake.
